Counter sales

The merchant's counter, connected to everything else

At the counter you get the tradesman dropping by and the company collecting materials for its site. With Truxia you scan items, take payment and print the receipt in a few steps.

The receipt takes the goods out of the warehouse and records the takings in the cash book at the same moment: nothing to carry over at the end of the day.

Voiding

A mistake is voided, not deleted

A wrong receipt is voided with its reason. The goods go back into stock and the takings are reversed with a counter-entry.

The voided receipt stays in the day's history, so the till can always be reconstructed.

The day's till can always be reconstructed.

Daily takings

The day, already closed

For each day you get the receipts issued and voided and the takings split by VAT rate, with taxable amount and tax.

The total taken matches the one recorded in the cash book.

Takings ready, with no sums by hand.
